Week of 1/27

Good Morning Parents,

This week we will be starting work on converting scientific notation and learning to apply operation rules involving scientific notation.  Generally, this is a concept that will require some getting used to.  However, the classes have shown that they can apply exponent rules in our prerequisite work so I am pretty confident in the classes ability.  Fourth hour students should be staying caught up in their CK12 assignments.  Parents can have the students log in and show what they have completed.  Third hour is finishing up some book work and will have their quiz on the properties of exponents this week.
